I was seen as an emergency appointment after having an unbearable toothache, Dr Amin saw me quickly and was immediately a comfort and extremely understanding. After my emergency appointment I haven’t left as I have always been terrified of the dentist but after going to this dental practice it has really put me at ease. It has been a long journey for me and I have been supported throughout the entire process, not only do they care for your teeth but they care about you as a person as well. As someone who can be nervous, the team take their time explaining treatments and ensure that you are always comfortable. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough, thank you for everything that you have done for me!

Being a rather nervous patient Ahmer the hygienist was very reassuring and understanding. My teeth were cleaned and examined thoroughly. The odd twitch was experienced but that was expected, no pain though which was such a relief!Proper care and maintenance instruction was given , my experience today made me not fearful to go back again !Thank you for being kind

I saw the hygienist, Ahmer, following a negative experience at a different practice. I am so glad I came here. For my first appointment it was 45 minutes and he took time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough assessment and clean. I have very sensitive teeth and gums but he did a fantastic job with minimal pain. I had a 6 week follow-up and it was promising to see the improvement in my gums. He cares for the patient and goes above and beyond the title of a hygienist especially with the way he advises and plans the next steps whether it be monitoring or referring on. I have a complicated case and I have full faith that he's the best hygienist for me, I wish I booked with him sooner.

As someone who has autism, ADD and cptsd the dentist can be a daunting experience for me. However right from my first visit Kate and Mel were very understanding,kind and patient. They took time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. This also allowed me to be able to visit the dentist by myself which is a big step for me.

I was very anxious going into having 3 fillings. Having never had fillings before. Kate the dentist and Mel the nurse were very supportive, Instantly put me at ease and were very patient. Not to mention no pain and I won't dread the dentist on my next visit! Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience today with our girl having her fillings done. I was always brought up with scary dentists and honestly, these lot are the complete opposite. They’re so welcoming, kind and caring. Give credit where it’s due and they definitely deserve a medal for what they do. They’re so gentle, my girl didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommend Kate and Hannah :)

Had a rotten wisdom tooth removed today.My wife phoned this morning for an appointment for me, i was triaged at 11.30, went back to the surgery at 2 for extraction.The dentist (the black one) was amazing. Needed plenty of anaesthetic as im a big pansy when it comes to dentists.Thank you so much guys. 🙏🏻

Had to a have a broken rotten molar extracted, literally took about 10 mins including the local anaesthetic. If you are like me and nervous off dentist’s I can say honestly there was nothing to worry about. Thankyou to all the staff keep up the good work

I started using this particular dentist surgery whilst under NHS before it became private NOVEL.honestly Novel is great .Their receptionists abd admin are so professional, helpful and friendly, they could teach grumpy GP Receptionists a thing or 2.Can we talk about the neat and very clean environment? Kudos to their cleaners.Their equipments are standard and new. I mean you feel cool honestly.Their boss has attended to me once. A bit cocky but yeah who wouldn't be owing such a surgery. I told them off for changing my appt so he attended to me insteadI got my free maternity dentist. We do our yearly checks there and they are quick to point out any concerns and refer to the hospital.The staff .. the most mixed ethnicity I have ever seen. Kudos. The students and foundation dentists are all soo confident.I dislike filling out the forms yearly but the receptionist was kind to show me on the tablet how to go about it easily.You can tell the staff are happy working there. There is never a waitlist for appts. Good text reminders. Admin are happy to search for advance dates for appts.I have nothing bad to say at all.Well done to all the staff!!I have been using Novel for over 7 years and I am happy.

I'm a new patient and recently had a horrible painful tooth, now im very happy! The cure to the pain was a root canal and crown. I had an abcess, it required antibiotics to clear. The whole process took a few visits.Dapo is a very good dentist and dental nurse Brooke is lovely. Together they make a very good professional team.I'm very happy to have changed to Novel Group in Gravesend.Both worthy winners of their staff competition! Dapo won masks and Brooke, gorgeous trainers (I'm sure Dapo would also like a pair of trainers!)I can understand why Dapo and Brooke won, I highly recommend them both.Thank you so much for your treatment and care.

I have just finished having my composite veneers done by Roshni Patel, I’ve always hated my smile but thanks to Roshni i now have the smile of my dreams. From the consultation to the final treatment she was nothing but professional, polite and caring and always went above and beyond. My mouth was such a mess with loose teeth and a massive amount of cleaning required because of Covid and my laziness. Kate has developed a longer term plan for me and Kamran was awesome- my teeth are now clean and gums look better already. A lot more treatment required but an amazing start to getting a healthy mouth. Highly recommended.

Dr Roshni did my composite bonding , I am in love. She’s so thorough , throughout my appointment she was making sure I was comfortable which I was totally. As someone who has always been petrified about going to the Dentist, I honestly cannot recommend here enough. Dr Roshni was so kind and patient with me. Everyone at the practice is friendly and professional, and go above and beyond to be helpful and make you feel at ease. Lesson learnt: don’t put off visiting the Dentist, just find the right one! I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received and would really encourage anyone looking for a new Dentist to try here.

Gravesend dental surgery has been mine and my children's dentist for several years, and the amazing staff and dentists have previously gone out of their way to go above and beyond for my daughter - offering outstanding service.When deciding to get braces I visited Gravesend dental surgery as well as another local Invisalign / braces provider. Personally I found Gravesend dental surgery explained all the options available to me much better than my other experience, and chatted with me to see what I expected of the outcome and timescales etc, making me even more confident they would be the best people to go to for my braces.Damon ceramic braces were chosen and they were put on at the end of 2021. I am pleased to say after just over 18 months they are off and I am very very happy with my new teeth as well as the service and information I received along the way. Dr Roshni and Jo were always so kind and helpful and explained to me what was happening and what I could expect at each appointment. As I am a very nervous patient who has experienced issues with my teeth in the past and I have VERY sensitive teeth, I was so comforted by the care Dr Roshni took to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment, and I would recommend her so much to everyone!!

A wonderful practice, my daughter received treatment here that was urgently needed. Aleena, my daughter's dentist took great care of my daughter and put her at ease, and informed her of what was needed every step of the way Aleena was very professional and brilliant at what she does, my daughter's teeth look great now thanks to the brilliant work. we meet the staff who worked with Aleena all took care of my daughter, everyone was really friendly and welcoming and looked after her. Just wish we moved to this dental practice sooner. Can't thank them enough for helping my daughter. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I would definitely recommend her and this practice to anyone. Never thought it would be possible to be so positive about an Arsenal supporting Dentist, but here we are.... ;-)

However, without the work of the reception, their smile, care and empathy, I cannot imagine a better clinic. My favorite is when I register with Leai and Tracy. I have been going to this dentist for a while now. I am a very nervous patient but Mick has been brilliant whilst having treatment done . I had temporary crowns done and then permanent ones. Each time I have been back Mick explained everything to me. I felt relaxed and never felt anything ,with the local anaesthetic used. The dental nurse Chris is really nice and again put me at ease.. thank you to Mick and the welcoming staff in reception.

Fantastic treatment by Roshni and her team of nurses. I would highly recommend this dental practice for your dental cosmetic needs. Roshni treated me through a year of teeth straightening and whilst it’s not the most comfortable, the team were absolutely brilliant at easing me through the treatment each month. They were all incredibly kind and consistently ensured that I was happy and comfortable whilst in the dentist chair. I cannot thank them enough. The results were absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I have just completed treatment for fixed braces and I am really pleased with the results. Roshni explained each stage of the process clearly and openly. I felt that Roshni was considerate of me as a patient, always checking that I was ok throughout each session and was very accommodating to my end goal. She offered professional advice but always confirmed that I was happy with what was happening. Every time i go to the dentist i dread it but these guys are the best in the business i wouldn't look anywhere else my dentist for life 👍🏼 . the hygienist also he's the best i seen so down to earth makes me feel at ease as he can as i suffer from real bad gag reflex but he takes his time and try's to put me at ease at every possible moment in my appomiments . Roshney is an excellent dentist, and I am really happy with the final outcome of my teeth straightening, whitening and bonding. Although my treatment took a long time, over a period of months, it was well worth it.My experiences in the surgery were pleasant, and both Roshney and Bailey were friendly, making sure I was always comfortable. I travel from Crayford for this clinic just because of Roshni, she is amazing! She is honest and helpful and really considerate too I have a very big fear of the dentist in general and she always checks to see if I'm OK or need a break and feeling comfortable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Clean environment and always professional. Would always recommend Roshni to anyone!

You are in safe hands.Wear your sun glasses which they will give you during treatment Just close your eyes and imagine you are in Miami Beach or somewhere hot at the seaside..Relax !!!! So my experience was really good. For me to be scared of dentist, and have a tooth out., it was very nice to see smiles and be in very vibey place with music and all staff being chilled. After fearing the dentist from a very young age, I would avoid going as much as possible! .The Doctor/Dentist I saw was very nice, despite my tears and endless shaking! And the dental nurse kindly gave me her hand, wiped away my tears and helped put me at ease (as much as possible)Couldn’t fault them at all.Despite being in a lot of pain following the extraction, safe to say I will absolutely return.1. To avoid ever being in this situation again!2. After a bad experience at a different dental surgery I was put off seeing a dentist for over 6 years. Then after I chipped my front teeth, a family member recommended that I get an appointment with Mik at Gravesend dental surgery. I found out that I needed 4 fillings as well as the chip repair, I felt at ease for every appointment and couldn't be happier with the work I had done. The fillings were completely pain free and my front teeth look even better than they did before. Arranging appointments over the phone was easy and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I have found my dentist and I will definitely be getting my check up's here regularly in the future.

As someone who has always felt uneasy about a visit to a dental surgery, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by my recent series of appointments at my local dentist! I found all of the staff there very friendly and helpful, particularly Zainab who was the dentist who carried out my treatment over the space of two months. I was always briefed about the treatment intended for my teeth before any work started, so I always knew what was going on.I was very impressed by the high quality of treatment that I received during my visits, and am very pleased and happy with the results. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing any dental treatment.

Excellent service ... you ring them and they pick up in seconds .. deal with appointments etc in seconds too.. Mik’s dental skills are second to none.. his dental tools are an extension of his own arms as he work with speed accuracy and such confident skill....each action he takes flows very smoothly and effectively.. I am very pleased to be one of his patients! Thank the lord!

I would say to what a lovely patient man Depo is he explains everything to you and will answer any questions you have. Always friendly makes you feel at ease. I would also recommend Tracey on reception for making you feel welcome even through all the tough times. I would highly recommend this dentist

Had Dr Zainab for a filling in a deep tooth cavity. Absolutely hate needles, and never had dental work done before. She made me feel at ease and comfortable, I didn't even know she'd injected. Whole process was easy and painless 👌 will definitely be requesting her for any future work needed 👍

The quality of service and the staff at this dental practice are simply outstanding.From a basic check up, to fillings and crowns through to a new bridge, I have never been anything other than highly impressed.Super friendly staff and top quality dental work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
